Do I need to bring bath towels, blankets or pillows?
No. All properties are supplied with high-end cotton linen sheet sets, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, blankets and pillows.

Do I need to bring beach towels?
Yes. The bath towels and blankets are not to be taken down to the pool or beach.

Do I need to bring cookware?
No. All properties have fully equipped kitchens that allow you to cook and serve food.

Are cooking spices provided?
No. Please bring or buy your own.

Does the property have an iron and ironing board?
Yes.

Do the bathrooms have blow dryers?
No. Please bring your own.

Are cleaning products provided?
No. Properties are cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you want to disinfect more during your stay, please bring your own. You will find a broom, mop and vacuum in the property for your use.

What supplies are provided?
We provide a starter set of basic supplies. We supply 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag liner per trash can, 2 dish tabs, dish liquid, and a sponge. If additional supplies are needed, you can bring them from home or purchase at the store.

When can I check-in?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM CST. Priority check-in may be available. Please contact Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals (ALBVR).

When do I have to check-out?
You must vacate the property by 10:00 AM CST.

Can I stay later than the check-out time?
No, unless you would like to book another night, if available. Please contact ALBVR to inquire about availability.

Are there grocery stores nearby?
Yes. Rouses Market, WalMart, Publix and Winn-Dixie.

Can I rent beach chairs and umbrellas?
Majority of the complexes along the beach offer beach chair and umbrella rentals. This is through a third party company and can be coordinated and paid on-site with that applicable company.
