Description
Pelican Pass has plenty of space for a larger group. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 17 people. It provides spaces for quiet reflection as well as spaces where everyone can get together to eat, watch a movie, or just hang out together. Under the house, you have a completely covered, outside area for cooking out, games, and access to an inlet from Little Lagoon.
The house sleeps up to 17 people. There is a king in the first floor master bedroom with it's own bathroom. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms; three bedrooms have queen beds and each bedroom has a vanity and an adjoining bathroom, so one guest can be getting ready while someone else is using the shower. The spacious fifth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, plus a day bed with a trundle and a futon. This "kids room" also features a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and large dorm-size refrigerator.
Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen with pantry, kitchenette, wireless internet, 5 TVs, washer and dryer, four balconies, and high-end cotton linens.
