Summer House 606B will be open for rentals around 7/1/24*. Construction work will be taking place at the building next door (Summer House A Building) and noise should be expected from this building through Summer 2025*. *This timeline can change at any time, without notice, due to weather, etc.. **Please note the outdoor pool will be open through 8/18/24 and closed from 8/19/24 to April/May 2025.**
Situated on the west corner of the B building, you will absolutely fall in love with 606B. You will have incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Plus, the wrap around balcony gives you panoramic views and allows you to see the sunset virtually any time of the year. This beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo has everything that you need for a great vacation. The unit sleeps 7 comfortably with a king bed in the master suite. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom features one queen and a twin bed.
