Please Note: Approximately from 1/13/23 – 1/19/23* construction work will be taking place on the balcony side of the 16th floor, which is where Beach Club 1606D is located. Construction for all other floors will take place over the period from 1/9/23 to 3/31/23*. A swing stage will be utilized to transport the shutters to each floor, and they will begin at the top floor and work their way down to the bottom floor. Barriers will be in place to assure the area where the swing stage is located is secure. This work will not prevent occupancy but will result in interruptions. For instance, the sliding glass door maintenance requires removing the sliding door to complete the planned maintenance. The sliding glass door maintenance should only take around 2 hours. *Due to any unforeseen circumstances, these dates can change without notice.

This beautiful, beachfront condo sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of twin bunk beds.
Interior Appointments: 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), washer and dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Beds and baths are outfitted with high-end cotton linens.
Complex/Resort Amenities: Each building has an outdoor pool & hot tub. Also the resort has outdoor grills, 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade games, billiards, shuffleboard, golf simulator, ice cream shop, convenience store, chess, checkers, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, watersports rentals, beach chair rentals.
